State boards of accountancy have final authority on the acceptance of individual courses for CPE credit. Complaints regarding registered sponsors may be submitted to the National Registry of CPE Sponsors through its website: www.NASBARegistry.org.

Refunds
To obtain a refund for a live webinar, simply contact us at any time prior to the start of the webinar session and we will issue a full refund of your registration fee. We will also issue a full refund if we cancel an event (also see Cancellations below).

Our goal is to provide a satisfying learning experience, but we realize that technical or other issues may arise that can diminish that experience. In such cases, the learner should contact us immediately so we can address the situation (see Complaint Resolution below for our contact information). If Audit Conduct is unable to remedy the situation, we will fully refund your registration fee.

Cancellations
We make every effort to proceed with all scheduled events. In the unusual circumstance where we must cancel an event, Audit Conduct will notify all registrants for the event immediately via email. In addition, Audit Conduct will promptly issue a full refund of your registration fee.
